Mindful Mobility.

This offering is the most popular amongst my other classes. Mindful mobility combines mobility drills, pilates and yoga principles for a whole mind body practice. This is ideal for any workplace, whether employees are prone to standing, sitting or manual labour all day long - this session weekly can dramatically improve their well being. All levels, minimal equipment and 30/45/60 Mins sessions availabile.

Yoga + Meditation

This offering is foundations of a Yoga Asana class. We move through gentle poses (for all levels), while coordinating the breath, and drawing our awareness inward. These classes are particularly important mid day or even towards the afternoon for a mental break. Sessions are best at 45 Mins but offered for 30/45/60 mins.
